Interlinking non-English language Wikipedia pages can be done by directly specifying the language and page title of the desired destination article with "<nowiki>[[:eg:PAGE TITLE|EXAMPLE]]</nowiki>" where "eg" is the letter sequence specifying the language in the URL ("en" for English, "ja" for Japanese", "zh" for Chinese, and so on).

Interlinking to Wiktionary can be done with "<nowiki>{{linktext|EXAMPLE}}</nowiki>".

In this example the modern Vietnamese links to the relevant article on Vietnamese Wikipedia, while the traditional Chữ Nôm example links to Wiktionary. Interlinking is unnecessary but may be helpful on pages where the English-language Wikipedia article is a stub but where the corresponding article on another language Wikipedia is more informative.
