This template is designed to be used in articles about organizations that appear in comics, and more specifically in a self-titled comic. These may be companies, military units, governments, teams, or the like. Examples of this are [[Damage Control (comics)]] and [[Savage Avengers]].

For cases where the organization and the title have separate articles, use {{tl|Infobox comics organization}} and {{tl|Infobox comic book title}} respectively.

Articles for organizations without a related comics series should use {{tl|Infobox comics organization}}.
