The expected use is for &#039;&#039;&#039;beginrange&#039;&#039;&#039; to end with 00 and &#039;&#039;&#039;endrange&#039;&#039;&#039; to end with 99, such that the range is a multiple of 100. There is no error-checking to ensure endrange is larger than beginrange or that the numbers make sense.
